2. Customer Responsibility:

We reserve the right to request payment for products that have already been purchased, shipped, or are in transit. Upon delivery, an inspection of the product is carried out. If the product is damaged or missing its original packaging, additional charges will be applied.

3. Fraudulent Requests and Required Evidence:

Fraudulent requests, such as claiming a refund by falsely stating that you did not receive the package, that the product is broken or damaged, that the shipping package arrived damaged, or that it was stolen, among others, will be rigorously investigated. LATIENDITAGA requires customers to provide images or videos of the affected product or any evidence to support their claim. If you are unable to provide this evidence, please contact us to reach an agreement. Without the required information or evidence, a full refund of the requested product will not be issued.

In the event of a chargeback, an additional $30 fee will be charged as a penalty for attempted fraud. Additionally, our system detects fraudulent orders and payment data with a history of fraudulent refund attempts or requests. If the buyer fails this security system, their order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.

4. Penalties for Fraud:

If found guilty of fraud or malicious use of the return process, you will be charged the original payment for the product and an additional $15 for service fees. These charges will be communicated to you through all available means.

5. Notification and Payment Deadline:

LATIENDITAGA grants a 90-day period from the delivery of the letter or notification for you to pay the charges in full. If payment is not made within 90 days, a late payment fee of $5.99 per day will be applied until the debt is settled.

6. Legal Actions and Fines:

In cases of fraud or theft, we fully cooperate with relevant authorities. Any attempt to obtain products without payment is considered a serious violation and may result in fines exceeding $5,000.

7. Application on Third-Party Platforms:

Our chargeback policy extends to all our sales platforms. We acknowledge that third-party platforms may have additional policies, but we apply our policy fairly and efficiently.

8. Collection Notice:

Fines must be paid immediately. If the debt is not settled within the specified maximum period, we will proceed with the next collection method and issue a collection notice.

9. Acceptance of Policies:

By making a purchase on www.latienditaga.com or through third-party platforms where the LATIENDITAGA name is legally used (for example, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, eBay, Google, among others), the buyer accepts and understands this chargeback policy as well as the rest of the policies presented by LATIENDITAGA LLC.
